Where people actually see your name

A landscaping company rarely gets noticed through its website first. People see the truck parked on their street on mowing day, the trailer at a stoplight, the yard sign two doors down after a cleanup, the shirt on the crew lead who rings the bell. A garden center gets seen from the road, then on the bench signs and price cards inside. Those are the places we design for.

Truck doorsSeen at the curb and in traffic, often from across the street.
TrailersParked for an hour at a time in front of the neighbors.
Yard signsLeft behind after a job, read from a passing car.
Crew shirts and capsSeen up close, usually stitched small.
Bench and aisle signsRead by shoppers standing a few feet away.

Each of those has its own limits. A truck door has a handle in the middle of it. A cap gives a logo about two inches of width. A yard sign is read at 25 miles an hour. A logo that looks fine on a business card can fall apart in all three places, which is why we test every design on your real vehicles and signs before calling it done.

Work we do

A year of signs, planned once

Outdoor businesses sell different things as the weather turns. A crew that does spring cleanups also mows all summer, picks up leaves in the fall and may plow or hang holiday lights in winter. Ordering a fresh sign design every season gets expensive and the signs drift apart. We design one layout with a fixed spot for the logo and the phone number, and a swappable band for the service line. Here is a concept rotation for a crew in a city with real winters:

Concept drawings made for this site, not client work. The gray bars stand in for a business name and contact line.

Starting a project

You don't need a written brief. Photos and a few notes cover most of it:

Photos of the rigs
A straight-on side photo of each truck and trailer, taken from about 20 feet away, plus the make, model and year.
Your current mark
Whatever exists: a logo file, a photo of an old sign, a shirt, or nothing at all.
The services you sell
Which ones you want on the truck and on yard signs, and which ones change with the season.
Your shops
The sign shop, wrap installer, embroiderer or printer you plan to use, if you have one.
A date
The first job the new look has to be ready for, such as spring signs or a new truck delivery.

From there we send a written quote that lists each piece: the logo work, which vehicles get graphics, which sign sizes and how many seasons. Nothing starts until you accept it.

Areas we cover

All the design work happens remotely, so we pick cities to keep calls in the same time zone and to know the local seasons. We work with outdoor businesses in Tampa, Boston and Washington DC.

Before you ask

How much does it cost?

It depends on whether the logo is new or a cleanup, how many vehicles and sign types are involved, and how many review rounds you want. We quote every job in writing after seeing photos of what you have.

Do you print signs or install wraps?

No. We design the graphics and prepare the files. Your sign shop prints and installs them. We can send the files straight to the shop, set up the way they ask.

We already have a logo. Can you just do the trucks?

Yes. Plenty of crews keep their logo and only want the vehicles and signs sorted out. If the logo has a problem on a truck, such as thin lines that vanish at a distance, we point it out and you decide.

Are the trucks and signs on this site real jobs?

No. The vehicle and sign drawings are concepts made for this site, and the photos are labeled AI-generated samples. We don't publish client work without permission.

Got a truck, a trailer and a stack of old yard signs that all look different? Send photos of what you have now and tell us which piece has to be ready first.
